In case of late payment, a receipt must be presented on the departure date. If agreed, the trip\/arrangement can be paid for in arrears.<\/p><p>\u00a7 Trip that is canceled due to severe weather or a technical fault on the boat, is replaced with a new trip on a different date or the amount paid is refunded. 57 Nord does not compensate other financial damage that occurs when a trip is cancelled.<\/p><p>\u00a7 57 Nord has a P&amp;I insurance for all passengers that applies as a supplement to own home insurance or company insurance in case of damage.<\/p><p>\u00a7 57 Nord reserves itself for deviant pick-up and return times for the trip that may arise during unforeseen events. Financial compensation is not paid for this.<\/p><p>\u00a7 Cancellation:<\/p><p>\u00b7 In case of cancellation later than 14 days before departure, a fee of 30% of the trip price excluding VAT is charged.<\/p><p>\u00b7 In case of cancellation later than 7 days before departure, a fee of 60% of the trip price excluding VAT is charged.<\/p><p>\u00b7 In case of cancellation later than 3 days before departure, there will be no refund of the invoiced amount of the trip.<\/p><p>However, an equivalent trip can be rebooked within one (1) month of the cancellation.<\/p><p>\u00a7 Applicable safety regulations must be communicated to the passengers before departure by 57 Nord's staff on the boat.
